  • If product is recieved damaged or in un-working condition and you would like to return it, Wheatgrass Home must be contacted within 7 days of original order receipt to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of teh box. Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return is subject to a discretionary 20% re-stocking fee. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
